30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a comprehensive 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our work, we will make it right—guaranteed.

How Our Guarantee Works

Step 1: Contact Us Within 24 Hours

If you notice any issues with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. This allows us to address concerns promptly while details are fresh.

Step 2: We'll Re-Clean at No Charge

Our first step is always to make it right. We will send a team back to re-clean any areas that did not meet our standards, at no additional cost to you. This re-clean will be scheduled at your earliest convenience.

Step 3: Refund If Still Not Satisfied

If after the re-clean you are still not satisfied, you may request a partial or full refund within 30 days of the original service date. Refund amounts will be determined based on the specific areas of concern and will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The service must have been provided by Pink Ribbon Cleaning Services Inc.
  • Initial notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 24 hours of service.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original service date.
  • The issue must be related to the quality of cleaning services provided.
  • You must allow us the opportunity to re-clean before requesting a refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Issues reported more than 30 days after service completion.
  • Dissatisfaction due to conditions beyond our control (e.g., pet activity after cleaning, household activity).
  • Services that were modified or interfered with by the client during the cleaning process.
  • Pre-existing stains, damage, or conditions that cannot be remedied through cleaning.
  • Cancellation fees or charges for services not rendered due to client unavailability.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 5-7 business days from approval.
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed.
  • Bank processing times may vary; please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Subscription and Recurring Services

For clients with recurring service agreements, our refund policy applies to each individual service visit. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 48 hours notice before your next scheduled service without penalty. Any unused portion of a prepaid service package will be refunded on a prorated basis.
